Dental Claims Filing
We are happy to assist you in filing dental insurance claims. Patients with dental insurance should bring a dental insurance card to their first appointment. We submit the claim to the insurance company, but require that the patients pay the uninsured portion (patient portion) at the time of service.
Insurance companies are obligated to you and not the doctor. For this reason, patients must take responsibility for their own claims. If an insurance carrier has not paid on a claim 60 days after it has been submitted, the balance for that claim will be the patient’s responsibility.
Patients without dental insurance are required to pay in full at the time of service.

- Cash Discount: Pay upfront with cash and receive a discount.
- Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
